No other person in our office loves Mondays as much as Eric does. Our Nativa Co-owner leads the team by focusing on the needs of the client in order to deliver the best long-term solution through his creative team. He credits his years working across continents for the corporate giant Staples, Inc. as the guiding path to his strong project management ability. To stay on top of the newest trends in multicultural marketing, Eric participates in online conversations, researches best practices and industry trends, and discusses the newest wrinkles in marketing, advertising, and digital strategies. A veteran of several traditional cubicle-farm office environments, Eric enjoys the fact that he can finally justify spending his day on Instagram.

Since you asked…

Eric’s first word was in Chinese. His grandmother, visibly upset, stated to his mother, “He doesn’t speak English, he doesn’t speak Spanish. The baby speaks Chinese.”

Eric once won a jalapeño eating contest in college at Ohio State University. He did not go out that night.

Eric recently completed a trip to Kenya and Tanzania which marked his 6th continent visited. His goal is to travel to Antarctica (Covid-willing!) by 2025.

Eric completes a 10-day beer and sausage diet every October in honor of Oktoberfest and loses an average of 7 pounds each time.
