Project Description
In this report, the O.Y.E. social listening tool was implemented to gather insights regarding which popular car brands diverse consumers are driving. The car brands which were analyzed in this report are BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Nissan, and Toyota. The voices driving this conversation discussed ideas such as love for their favorite brand, asking for opinions regarding a car choice, and giving their opinion on someone else’s car.
Methodology
This analysis was extrapolated from a data set of 302,262 conversations on Twitter, of which 96,697 were from verified U.S. Hispanics and 47,027 were from verified Black Americans. All data was gathered from 09/19/2020 – 10/19/2020.
